Our client who has a development site in the Feltham area of Middlesex, adjacent to a nature reserve, was victim to an invasion of travellers. They had taken over the site for the specific purpose of allowing fellow travellers to flytip for considerable fees for each lorry load deposited.

By the time our client was aware of this very serious problem, the travellers had allowed many tons of building rubble and refuse to be deposited earning those in control of the site many thousands of pounds. Needless to say, those travellers in control of the site were loathed to give up this means of lucrative income.

Immediately Ingram Associates received instructions from their client, they sprung into action, and within an hour had served Notices of Intended Eviction on the offending parties, giving them until 10.00am the following morning to leave. At 9.00am the following morning Ingram Associates’ team of enforcement officers, dog handlers and recovery vehicles arrived on site and by early afternoon that same day Ingram Associates were in control of the site.

Needless to say a very happy client!
